This policy explains the terms governing order cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests made through our website www.hopin.co.in (the “Platform”).
By placing an order, you (“User”/“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Scheduled Orders
- Orders can be cancelled only by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 90760 26333) or email (info@hopin.co.in).
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery time.
- Requests made after this period cannot be accepted as the order would already be in the preparation or dispatch stage.
Repeated or Misuse-Based Cancellations
To maintain fairness and operational efficiency:
- Hopin reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for excessive or fraudulent cancellations.
- In such cases, a penalty of up to 100% of the order value may be applied.
- Hopin may pursue additional actions, including legal recourse, to address misuse of this policy.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD transactions:
- Hopin reserves the right to recover cancellation charges (up to 100% of the order value) from the user’s subsequent orders.
Cancellations Due to Non-Hopin Factors
Orders may be canceled for reasons not attributable to Hopin. In such cases, a penalty of up to 100% of the order value may apply. Examples include:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- Delivery address located outside our service zone.
- Unreachable contact number or unavailability of the recipient.
- Lack of authorization or instructions to complete the delivery.
Cancellations Initiated by Hopin
If Hopin must cancel an order due to internal or logistical reasons, no fee or penalty will be charged to the customer. In such cases, Hopin may offer a full refund or rescheduled delivery at the customer’s convenience.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Hopin takes pride in ensuring premium quality and freshness in all its products. However, if you are dissatisfied due to product quality, freshness, or packaging issues, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
- Customers may raise a refund or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team via email (info@hopin.co.in).
- Refunds will be processed after quality verification and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase unless otherwise communicated by Hopin.
Hopin reserves the right to decline refund requests that:
- Are raised after the 24-hour window.
- Lack sufficient evidence of quality concerns.
3. Amendments to This Policy
Hopin may update or revise this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
- Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for changes.
- Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
