Can I customize my order after it’s placed?

Currently, we do not support customization once an order has been confirmed. Please ensure you review all items and preferences before completing your purchase.

My coupon code didn’t apply to my full cart. What should I do?

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, as our fulfilment process begins immediately to ensure timely delivery. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout.

I received an incomplete order. What should I do?

My order hasn’t arrived. Who should I contact?

You can check your order status under ‘Order History’ in your Hopin account.
If your order still shows no progress, contact us via email at info@hopin.co.in or call 1800 267 6677 for immediate support.

How can I check my previous orders?

Log in to your Hopin account, go to the ‘Order History’ section, and you’ll find details of all completed and ongoing orders.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?

An order confirmation email is automatically sent upon successful purchase.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
You can also verify the order under your ‘Order History’ in your Hopin account.

Can I deliver my order to a different address?

Yes. You can add or edit delivery addresses in your Hopin account. Multiple addresses can be saved for future convenience.

Do you deliver across India?

At present, we deliver across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.
We’re expanding rapidly, and Hopin will soon be available in other Indian cities. Stay tuned!
